Ordered a personalised confectionery item, for Valentine's Day. Upon confirmation of order, was told by email, that I would have a 'confirmation of dispatch' email. This did not happen.
I also contacted the customer support team, who said they do not send dispatch emails and that my item was on its way and would be with me in time.
By this stage, it was too late (Day before Valentine's) I ended up having to make an alternative purchase, as I was not guaranteed that the item would arrive in time.
Fortunately, the personalised item DID arrive, on 13 Feb, which I was very pleased with.
It's a shame that the communication was not better leading up to delivery, which led to inconvenience and unnecessary emails etc.
I emailed them to confirm receipt of delivery, along with opportunity to recognise the inconvenience caused. Still waiting for a reply, hence my 'Acceptable' rating.
