Ordered Chocolate Smash Cup on 31st march because website stated there were no delivery delays in these Covid 19 times. Item was shown as despatched 3rd April for delivery 7th tor 8th april. Item did not arrive and was required for an Easter Birthday. On phoning Prezzybox when the item did not arrive they arranged for a new 24 hour Royal Mail delivery, but this did not arrive until Tuesday 14th April, (After Easter). On a positive note, when it did arrive it looked very good and we were pleased with that. Our feedback on it's contents, variety, quality and taste of the chocolate is that it was very good. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and did all she could for us, but it's a shame the delivery let the experiance down.
