Bit gutted because I changed my mind about wording mugs and used my email link to amend personalisation a few hours after order placed Got a response 1/2 days later to say too late to change [then why give that option to start with] but they could send out with new wording but charge cost I went straight back on this to ask how much that would be but had also already in meantime sent through alternative wording Never heard back thereafter and of course my original order has just arrived My fault and know current situation is difficult but frustrating all the same Won’t be asking for revised mugs as the quality of the mug is ok but not great and not very big for what I would call a mug Speedy service though, can’t fault that
