Was told I'd get an email when the item was dispatched. I did not receive this.
Was also told I'd get a tracking number to track the parcel once dispatched and I did not receive this either.
Emailed prezzy box to ask them where the parcel was and they said it'd been dispatched and that's all. No further details or a tracking number. They didn't even say who it would be delivered by.
