Item was ordered as a present and hasn't been opened yet, but I was impressed with the level of service during these difficult times. I hadn't received a dispatch email so I couldn't be sure whether the gift would arrive on time. I sent a tweet that was answered promptly, then used the email address advised to request further help and received a reply the same day with a tracking number so I could keep tabs on the delivery.
