This is an honest review based on my experience. Step by step breakdown. I made an order and realised immediately I ordered the wrong product, in which I then contacted the customer service within two minutes. I received a reply stating the order can not be refunded as it has already been processed and ready for dispatched, this confused me and I raised the question, I cancelled my order immediately this seems silly. So I called the customer service and they also confirmed it was too late. Couple hours later I received a separate email saying my order has been refunded and the product will not be delivered, which I was grateful for. To my surprise the order got delivered next day. I received an email saying the product may be delivered and to refuse the order if it does, but it was too late as the delivery courier dropped and ran. I have been refunded now but I am still trying to return the package and await the return papers? I think the customer service could have been kept more in tandem with each other. The issues did get resolved in the end but there was a lot of back and fourth
