I ordered gardening gloves for my mother in law’s birthday which was supposed to be delivered in time for the 9th May. I only received an email yesterday 11th saying it’s out of stock.
I’m very disappointed as not only did my mother in law not get a gift from me, I didn’t even have enough notice to get her something else in time for her birthday since the notification only came AFTER the delivery date was due.
I really feel this could’ve been avoided with a bit more diligence.
I’m unsure if I would use Prezzybox again at this point.
