I googled next day gifts and your site appeared, I found 2 lovely ideas which I ordered and even though they appeared as next day gifts I paid extra for express delivery. This was Thurs 14/5/20. The confirmation email said the order would arrive between Fri 15/5 and Mon 18/5,however it wasn't dispatched until Monday. I appreciate we are having a global pandemic at present but feel disappointed that your site represented next day delivery and I paid extra to be more assured? Maybe in future don't say you can provide a service of next day if you can't provide?!
