When a particular product was advertised I decided to buy two for my two granddaughters. The website allowed me to purchase two, however a day later I received an email informing me only one was available and would I like to wait for more of the product to return to stock. I decided to accept a refund. The money was refunded to my account the following day. Great service. I await arrival of my order with anticipation. I would have no qualms in recommending Prezzybox.
