I ordered a hardback personalised book as a gift for my stepdad, the price was nearly £30 which is a bit more than I’ve paid for standard hardbacks in general but it was reasonable for a personalised gift. The ordering process was easy and I liked that they had a video showing the product although I would have liked to see some sample pages first. The order did arrive on the 7th day as they’d said, although I was a little stressed out since I didn’t receive any email telling me that my order had been shipped nor any tracking method. Overall, the product arrived in good condition although some adhesive was on the gift box which I had to take some time to carefully remove. Thanks, Prezzybox!
