I ordered Personalised Chocolates for Couples but there were some issues with the personalisation. I notified Prezzybox straightafter the order was placed and that there was an issue with the personalisation and this needed to be changed. Prezzybox acknowledged the notification and sent a message to their external partners. However, Prezzybox were not able to rectify this before it was dispatched. I understand due to T&Cs for personalised items, refunds cannot be carried out but Prezzybox could have offered a replacement at no cost to me due to Prezzybox failure to rectify the issue. Instead they have offered a replacement at cost price! From a customer service point of view, it has been very poor.
