It was quick and easy to place an order. Easy to use website. Only issue was that I placed an order where I customised a mug but i couldn't preview the finished product. Or, if there is a preview option, it wasn't made clear or obvious. Therefore, I took a slight risk by placing the order as it was a gift and I couldn't see how it looked. If I would have known, I actually would have altered my message on the mug.
