Hi, Disappointed and a little dismayed at Prezzie Box experience. Ordered my wife's birthday card on Sat for delivery the following Wed/Thursday. No tracking notice, no card on either day it came a day later. On Thursday I contacted Prezzie Box and the lady said there must have been an issue with the tracking system or the mailing i.e.post office! I phoned this lady 3 times in a period of 3 hours! No idea what had gone wrong. It spoilt my day as every other member of my family managed to send cards and presents from moon pig etc with no problems. All ordered on the Sat before just like I did! I just felt so fed up with the service once I had made contact. It's appreciated that the cost was refunded, but birthday's only come once a year! I shall donate the refund to the NHS charities. Not a happy bunny........
