I did order express delivery paid £5.99 on Thursday and emailed to request it was sent out for delivery on Friday, which you confirmed would be done. I did not receive anything on Friday so contacted you again to request Saturday delivery as I had a birthday party. I unfortunately didn't receive in time and only received today which was disappointed, I was hoping you would try to contact the courier to assist with request.
