Sadly the items were damaged in transit By Hermes and unable to use - I emailed prezzybox Immediately and sent pictures of the damage
They were quick to respond and assured me a replacement was be made - I should hopefully receive the replacement soon
This was a birthday present for my sister so a bit of a disappointment but Prezzybox have been great so far and it should all be OK
Suggestion to use different couriers
