Serious grumble. Although the Hermes driver delivered in time frame, we watched him arrive and leave the package by the front door in heavy rain with no attempt to ring the doorbell, of which we have two, both working and drove off. Lucky we saw him. I don’t think he was the regular Hermes driver who has been delivering here reliably for several years.
