The item I purchased was brilliant and works well. It didn't quite come as advertised, which was disappointing, however as it was just for myself this didn't bother me too much - if it were a gift for someone else you'd want it to arrive as advertised! Other than that, my buying experience was pleasant. Emails were helpful and it arrived on time.
