I was very disappointed that after placing my order had no response email from Prezzy Box. I had no idea that the order had been accepted until I received an email from the courier to say delivery had been made to the recipient.
I emailed Prezzy Box twice to see what was happening but heard nothing.
I definitely won’t recommend or use Prezzy Box again.
