Although there are plenty of quirky and useful options on the Prezzybox website, the after-sales service has let them down.
As you may expect when one service provider relies on another supplier to deliver on their brand promise, the experience of getting the goods delivered when I was informed (on the order confirmation) that they would be was less than acceptable.
I had been informed 2-3 days for delivery. Here I am 5 days later and the item has still not been delivered to the intended recipient - my Father.
