Responsive customer service that was able to answer my questions. Ordered a bike and it clearly stated that bicycles had to be picked up from the store (no shipping available). However, once the bike was ordered, it did appear based on the language and statements in the confirmations that the bike was going to be delivered. I think this might be something that needs to be setup properly on the Shopify platform.
