They were slow to process my online order for a car bike carrier (not shipped after 7 days). I contacted them and they said they were backed up and further were going to be updating their order system which would mean a further delay. I expressed some frustration with this, needing the item for an upcoming trip. They resolved the situation by shipping my item via FedEx (vs Canada Post) at their cost and I was able to receive it in time for my trip.
