I bought a Columbia Coat and it arrived with a damaged zip. I asked for a discount as a good will gesture because I loved the colour only to be told that I would receive the discount after I provided a receipt by the company who fixed the zip. I work 7 days a week and this would take time to do. I again asked a for a good will gesture and never heard back from the customer service representative. I thought this was disgraceful to not respond back. I will be posting a review on google also. The coat wasn’t cheap, I feel like I’ve just wasted my money.
