Online shopping is often just hunting for a specific item at the best price. Who you buy it from can be largely unmemorable, unless the shipping or customer service is bad. PRFO, was the best of both worlds. I found exactly what I wanted at a price so good, I suspect it was a mistake. The shipping, follow-up, customer service etc ensures I'll remember this site for my next shopping surf safari.
