Received excellent customer service from PRFO Sports. Order some ski goggles for my daughters for Christmas and one pair arrived with a factory defect/scratch on them. I sent PRFO an email with some pictures and they called me that day to say they were sending another pair and had taken them out of the box to double check there wasn’t another defect. The goggles still arrived in time to be under the tree! This was my first experience shopping with PRFO and definitely won’t be my last! Customer service 101!
