I ordered some boots for a long trip I'm going on in the next few days. I placed my order two days before Canada Post’s strike, so my parcel is stuck somewhere. I contacted PRFO to check if they could have any other solution like sending me another pair with shipping cost to me to then return the ones that didn't make it on time, but their only answer was: “It’s not our fault, you need to wait”. Not a single alternative option, plan B or willingness to help.
I know Canada Post’s strike is completely out of their control, but the way you react, and solve problems is what makes you different and you failed.
