I sent an email to cancel my purchase before my order was shipped, no reply.
I have sent two emails as soon as the order arrived to return the package, no reply.
I also tried calling, and after 20 minutes of being on hold the other line hung up.
I’m now having to call my bank to cancel this transaction….brutal!
