I was having issues with a burton snowboard binding, and wanted to buy replacements, I gave up waiting for burton to contact me back and wanted to get back on the hill. I noticed that Performance Boards had great pricing and was about to buy a new pair online, and instead of selling me a replacement, they gave me an email contact at burton and stressed that it was still under warranty.
