I received quick response and my item was shipped out. My difficulty was with Canada Post. I did not receive any notice of the item until I contacted PRFO. At that time, response was immediate and the skis were picked up next day.
My grandson will have to let you know how the skis perform BUT I know that he is excited and cannot wait to try them out over the holiday season.
