I purchased a Smartwool Merino 250 baselayer bottom and sweater. Both packages containing the merchandise were torn, crushed and very dirty. The merchandise inside was equally crumpled and full, inside and out, of human hair. It appeared that what I received was pre-worn and certainly pre-opened. The merchandise was returned and a full refund was received.
