The website was easy to use. Delivery took 1.5 weeks, which is quite reasonable considering it was ordered during COVID-19.
Unfortunately the product did not fit, but the return process was pretty straightforward. After emailing PRFO, I was given a PDF shipping label that Canada Post was able to scan and process the shipment. $12 was deducted from my refund to cover the return shipping.
