Been shopping with them for years. Always has been a pleasant experience. Pricing is fair, shipping is fast. Sometimes things take longer than normal, but that's not really on them. Do wish they give more discounts, but it's no deal breaker.
Just in response to the fake pods review, never have I gotten any fake pods in my 3 years shopping with them, but I've only ever bought one flavor from them.
