“i’ve been using pricepointny for years now to the point where i honestly think i’m their favorite customer. they’ve never screwed me over, give me refunds for any damage and if ups ever messes up or loses the package and i have no hope, they end up having it right at my front door. the staff are so lovely and amazing and care about their customers. i recently moved to the UK and kept using their product and they’d give me every package option i’d have to pay for but for free. they’re so sweet honestly i love them. they’re so laid back and i love their customer service.”

“Ordered a couple of vapes. Arrived fast but vape boxes were crushed and one vape had top half pushed off. They claim great service and products to arrive in perfect condition. SO WRONG ! Contacted them and took days for a response. They asked me to check if vapes were working. But these were to be gifts for an elderly person so boxes should be nice, Right? Emailed them back and I have been ignored ever since. No replacements or returns. Horrible company service and customer support. Take your chances with these people.”
“I didn’t not know why this company doesn’t have 5 stars! They’ve always sent me vapes at a much better price than other companies and they have cheaper shipping prices too! I get the product never longer than 5 days from my order! I once got a vape that didn’t work so I informed their customer service and by the end of the day the refunded my card no problems , questions asked and didn’t make me return the broken vape! There is a point system to get discounts which are frequent if you buy as much as I do plus awesome BOGO deals with what quality vapes! I love Price Point and I feel ripped off when I’ve bought from other places so now I just don’t and I’m a loyal customer! 5 stars! Highly recommend!!!!”

“I spent over $100 on mint Juul pods, and I was sent counterfeit products. I then emailed customer service requesting a return, and I was never emailed back. I left a review warning customers, and the site never posted it while posting positive reviews since that date. Pricepointny.com is endangering the health of people by selling fake Juul pods that could contain absolutely anything.”
“I made an order delivery said 4-5 days, the customs won’t allow the items, before ordering they told me nothing will go wrong. Unfortunately they will not refund or send a replacement. This happened twice I would never order from them again and I don’t suggest anyone to make an order through them. There are many different websites.”
