i’ve been using pricepointny for years now to the point where i honestly think i’m their favorite customer. they’ve never screwed me over, give me refunds for any damage and if ups ever messes up or loses the package and i have no hope, they end up having it right at my front door. the staff are so lovely and amazing and care about their customers. i recently moved to the UK and kept using their product and they’d give me every package option i’d have to pay for but for free. they’re so sweet honestly i love them. they’re so laid back and i love their customer service.
