I faced my first issue on PrimeXBT last week. For some reason, the terminal froze and I was unable to close my order, because of which I suffered a loss. I contacted the support team and they recommended I clear the cache of the browser since their platform is web-based. Well, since I’ve done that, no platform glitches have occurred yet.
