“Payments being through anything is a win. Supports even dinochains like Cardano lol. Can withdraw in memecoins, what the hell. Useful sometimes, to not pay double for exchanging the coins later on.”

“Deposit processing was straightforward, glad they're capable of using cards aswell, not just USDT/USDC. Literally took me 5 minutes to deposit... so easy. Same with withdrawal requests, very happy with the speed. Gives me a good peace of mind when managing funds. For trading, cant speak too much, seems simple and similar to other ones.”

They’ve got some good tools like order books, but still smth was missing.”

Hello there Wei Zhu, . Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions of PrimeXBT. Indeed, a cent account offers a great way to get real trading vibes in a lower-risk environment. The trick is that account size is measured in cents, which significantly reduces the impact of losses. All features available on a live trading account are available on a cent account, so traders can easily test the platform’s features and trading instruments. If you need any assistance, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our support team. Kind regards, The PrimeXBT Team

“I had an issue, minor one tho, with crypto withdrawal - had to contact support team - I got connected to technical team - and my issues was resolved quickly...👌the thing was in using incorrect wallet and network system from my side as for trading, pretty fine conditions, tho I expect to have more diver pools for crypto futures”

Dear Thabo M. Dlamini, We are glad the support team was able to resolve your withdrawal issue quickly and that the technical team stepped in effectively. Incorrect wallet and network selection is one of the most common issues in crypto transactions, and it is exactly the kind of situation where having responsive, knowledgeable support makes all the difference. We are pleased the experience left a positive impression despite the initial hiccup. Your feedback on expanding the crypto futures pool is noted. More diversity in available instruments is something we are evaluating as we continue to grow our offering. Thank you for the honest and constructive review. Kind regards, The PrimeXBT Team
