Supplied a vector file (PDF) and they managed to print it in reverse then when questions - kept quoting terms and conditions (that do not exist) and could not see on any images I supplied (no matter how close up) that their print work was reading the word incorrect and they were adamant NOTHING was wrong.
STEER clear of this scam company, get you bank to charge back and quiet UK consumer Law to them all else fails small claims court I have registered a complaint with trading standards today on them
