“I feel compelled to publicly share my experience with this company after numerous attempts to resolve a serious issue regarding my order (#9204266) were completely ignored.
Since early June, I have sent multiple emails (on 1st, 9th, 23rd June, and again on 1st, 7th, and 14th July), raising concerns about discrepancies between the product I received and what was advertised. These were not minor issues—I provided clear photographic evidence and requested clarification about whether the company participates in an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.
Despite this extensive correspondence, I have not received a single acknowledgment or response—not even a courtesy reply. This is deeply disappointing and falls far short of what any customer should expect in terms of basic after-sales support.
The company’s lack of engagement not only reflects poor customer service but also suggests a disregard for its obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The product I received was neither as described nor of satisfactory quality.
After giving the business ample time and opportunity to respond, I have issued a Final Notice, outlining my intention to escalate the matter. This includes referring the case to Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice Consumer Service, seeking resolution through an ADR provider or the Small Claims Court, and sharing this experience publicly across consumer platforms.
I remain open to resolving this issue amicably, but I cannot recommend a company that refuses to engage with its customers when things go wrong. If after-sales support and product quality matter to you, I would strongly urge caution before purchasing.”
“Chasing a refund as ordered nearly 10days ago. Still no confirmation, order still processing. Unable to get through to them on any of the phone numbers provided.”
“One of the worst supplier experiences we’ve ever had.
We ordered banners for a major music festival — a time-sensitive, high-visibility event — and what we received was completely unacceptable.
• Wrong designs and incorrect quantities were delivered.
• Broken roller banners arrived in the shipment.
• Cheap, flimsy plastic flag bases that were nowhere near event-grade.
• Delivery was late, putting our schedule at serious risk.
• And to top it off, the customer service was defensive, unhelpful, and dismissive from the outset.
We requested a partial refund (not even a full one), only to be repeatedly referred to terms and conditions that didn’t apply. No accountability, no genuine apology, and no understanding of the impact their mistakes had on a live event.
Their “solution” was to send replacement items — after the event had already passed. Completely useless.
We’ve worked with many print suppliers over the years, and this was by far the most frustrating and unprofessional experience. We won’t be using them again — and we’ll be actively advising others in the events industry to avoid them as well.
Avoid at all costs if you value quality, deadlines, or basic customer service.”
“I had 26 boards printed all of which were of poor standard. £750 job and only offered me £100 back and £300 in credit which I refused. Why would I use them again when their work is unacceptable and with poor customer service. I'm looking in to small claims now. Steer clear.”
“Avoid this company at all costs. We ordered several LED frames, one of which arrived completely smashed. Upon unpacking the item a couple of days later, we reported the damage, only to be told that a replacement wouldn’t be provided because we hadn’t reported it within 24 hours.
When I explained that UK consumer law allows 30 days to report faulty or damaged items, I was told that their 24-hour policy was stated in their terms and conditions (T&Cs). However, businesses cannot use their T&Cs to override statutory consumer rights. Consumer protection laws clearly state that attempts to exclude or limit legal rights through T&Cs are unfair and unenforceable, meaning customers’ statutory rights take precedence.
Despite this, the company refused to honour their legal obligations and insisted on sticking to their policy. We were forced to purchase another product to complete our set, despite the clear legal violation.
I have reported this issue to Trading Standards and urge others who experience similar treatment to do the same. Based on my experience and the complaints I’ve seen from others, this is clearly a disreputable business. I strongly advise avoiding them entirely.”
“AVOID1 AVOID! AVOID! I ordered a banner for a charity fundraiser. Instead of my banner Printed Today sent a heavy box filled with 6 metal stands - obviously the wrong order. They asked me to return it and then sent my proper order - 4 days late losing our charity important advertising time. I pointed out that the box was too heavy for me to even lift. I am a pensioner in my 70s, with arthritis. They replied that I should get someone to help me!! and that they would compensate me on my next order!!! Despite numerous phone calls (their phone appears to be out-of-order/engaged?) and emails I have since had no reply and no compensation for the inconvenience. I still have a massive heavy box blocking my doorway!!! Sadly our charity lost valuable advertising time.”
“I received my banner which, in itself, was well made. However, I paid an extra £8.49 for next day delivery, but it took FIVE DAYS to come. I called up and asked for a refund of the postage difference, considering it didn't even arrive in time for my company event. Everyone I spoke to told me they'd open a case. The same thing would happen each time; I'd get an email saying a case had been opened. Then within 48 hours later, I'd get another email saying that the case had been closed, and that I would not be receiving a refund due to not being legible for one. I have phoned them a minimum of 6 times. The penultimate time, the man said "I'll see what I can do" and hung up. The last time, I phoned 3 times in a row and everytime I was hung up on. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.”
“Wish i had read the reviews first. Tasked with putting together an awards night for our company, everything else has arrived, its been 8 days since i ordered the vinyl backdrop for the photos, and have nothing. Numerous calls, no one answers. I have succesfully managed to argue the transaction with mastercard and as i took plenty of screenshots when ordering 'worked in audit teams in the past so i'm always wary'. I advise everyone to stay well clear, they are a snatch and grab company, i have reported them to trading standards and will now be looking to legally puruse them for fraudulent advertising, the companies they claim they have worked with are not acurate, i've contacted 4 who claim this is false and supplied them with the evidence, they will also now be legally pursuing them as the service they provide from falsely claiming to work with them brings the company names into disrepute. Absolute shambles of a business.”
“This has been the worst experience I've had with a printing company. If only I did not ignore all the negative comments from other customers even if there are so many of these! First of all, Brian who spoke to me first, deliberately did not tell me that they have a London office to make me pay for the costly delivery. Secondly, they sent you a link to track your delivery but, guess what, they cannot get even that simple thing right - the link was dead and it was impossible to use it. The delivery company said that they did not even have anything from Printed Today on their system. It was great not to know if we'd receive the banner on time. Thirdly, instead of making an air pocket with width of 1.5 inches, they sent me the roller banner with less than 1inch air pocket, which created so many problems for us and cause a lot of stress too when we started putting everything together, and that was in the morning of our big event. They never admitted that error until I sent them some photos to prove that. So we had to try and force the pole inside the small air pocket but the roller was ripping and it looked awful. The roller banner was supposed to have been a very important spot at our event. To say that we were disappointed, is to say nothing to describe the stress that we all had to be under. Finally, when you get back to them to relay all the issues, they would just be so dismissive and argumentative, making you feel that it's you whose fault it all was. That's unacceptable and very unprofessional. What did they do in the end, after all the numerous long conversations with them? They just sent me 20 pounds as a 'refund'. That business is just some tiny shop that was put together by the people who have no clue about how to run a printing company. Look at all the reviews. Very unpleasant people to deal with too. I don't think that there will be any other businesses out there, Bolton (where they are, apparently) located, or London, that will be any worse than that. So, try to avoid these people. Trust our experience and the reviews of so many other people.”
“Terrible customer service. Pushy sales team. Said that they would get someone else to assist me as they were leaving now. but the other staff member did not even try to assist me.
Horrible horrible. I will never purchase from them. ever.
If i could give half a star i would”
“Exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. I ordered an 8 x 8 ft promotional banner for my business, providing them with specific PDF artwork. The banner arrived late, and upon delivery, it was clear that it did not match the approved artwork or our corporate colours. Consequently, the banner is completely unusable.
When I requested a reprint, the company refused, citing technical reasons that are unfounded. I know this because another company delivered exactly what I wanted, on time, and with the correct colours, using the same artwork.
Their refusal to refund my money is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this company due to their unprofessionalism and poor service.”
“Received banners for my business which were faded and of poor quality. Looked like a child had printed them. Unusable ready for the bin.Sent emails complaining but no reply. Avoid”
“RUBBISH - customer service was ok until i had to make a complaint about the quality of the material used, and also ask for a VAT receipt. not VAT registered and completely ignored my repeated phone calls and emails
they kept sending email making out I had made an order when we were still evaluating. just never using them again
when buying for business I have never looked at reviews. this has made me change my mind and wish i had read these before I ordered”
“AVOID AT ALL COST. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID 0 review if I had the option
A bunch of crooks, idiots. I ordered some banners and it came completely blank, clearly they did not follow the instructions I gave. I asked for a refund and as with all the cases I read, they said it won't be refunded. Plus they blamed me for their mistake.”
“Thieves! I sent money for a product but then didn't approve the artwork as I didn't have confidence in them after their poor communication and they have refused to refund me. Avoid at all costs”
“Brilliant service from start to finish. They made a few suggestions for the advertising posters we needed and their ideas look fantastic in print. Ordered one day, proofed within the hour and delivered next day. Totally recommend this company.”
“Shocking!
I needed an item for next day delivery and spoke to someone in their team to ensure it would come through in time. I paid extra for the next day service, confirmed they had everything needed to ship my order on time.
I was promised and had email confirmation that I would.... Great News!
I chased this delivery on the next day, the day after.... and daily until I logged my complaint 1 week after it hadn't been received.
It wasnt until the delivery company managed to contact me (By opening the parcel) to state that there was no address label on this item just "Hayley!
I sent proof of this as requested to the complaints team, but they still take no responsibility.
This item is useless to us now and still not received after 2 weeks.
We remain out of pocket. Please find another source for your items.”
