“Poor quality banners and service! We ordered a pull up banner for our charity. It was the first extra large ordered from this company. It was poor quality. It first would not wind down. Was sent a youtube clip by printed today to fix-pretty complicated. However would not stand up on its own! Had to lean against wall for event. Was Put up correctly on flat service. Took ages for response about complaint. Had to keep sending videos and photos as evidence!Eventually send replacement but again would not stand up properly. Again had to send photos/videos and was told there was no a problem! Said I was not putting up properly. Over the years from different companies have bought and used banners. Treated like an idiot and refused a refund. Will never use printed today again.”
“Do not use this company, placed an order to be delivered on a certain date and also paid extra to have it on that date. It didn't arrive, I was told the order had not been processed, then told it had and they had issues with production. Then told it hadn't been processed and it was being processed that day. Then told 5 different delivery dates. Seriously don't cause yourself the stress this company cause.”

Mucked up my wedding signage and refused to refund them. They were covered in marks, water damage, shipped terribly. Took me round and round in circles and to this day ring me at least once a week to try and get me to order again. Always on a different number so you can't block.

“I would strongly advise avoiding printedtoday.co.uk at all costs.
We spent around £100 on custom stickers that arrived completely unusable. They were not properly die cut, had visible grey printer guideline lines around the edges (which were NOT part of our design), and could not be removed from the backing without tearing both the sticker and the backing paper. The finish was rough, unprofessional, and entirely unsuitable for selling to customers — they went straight in the bin.
What made this experience significantly worse was the shockingly poor and defensive customer service. Instead of taking responsibility, we were repeatedly told:
The grey lines are “normal” (they absolutely are not acceptable on a finished product)
The stickers were somehow being used “incorrectly”
That their production process excuses visible flaws in the final product
We were also told we were not eligible for a refund due to a 24-hour return policy that was never clearly communicated — despite placing multiple orders across several days. This feels deliberately obstructive.
To make matters worse, we were:
Offered a partial refund and store credit (why would we ever order again after this?)
Then pressured with the threat that the offer would be withdrawn if we left a negative review or escalated the issue
That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
At no point was there genuine accountability or a willingness to properly resolve the issue. Just deflection, excuses, and attempts to minimise the problem.
This has been a frustrating, disappointing, and frankly insulting experience. We feel completely let down and would never trust this company again with our work.

This company operates under several different names, all owned and run by the same group of people who use generic names like "Tom" or "Andrew".
The company address listed on my invoice is for a dissolved company, they accepted an order for double sided leaflets knowing their printer was out of use.
Received an awful quality roller banner, it was damaged and unable to be used, the company refused a refund and said they could replace it but I had to pay for the return (and the product was so awful I didn't want it).
They hide behind T&C's which are in breach of consumer law, currently in the process of getting a chargeback from my bank.
Go to hello print or banana print instead!”
“On arrival a number of the items were marked and damaged, and the print quality poor.
I provided detailed images but they wanted different pictures, so I did those and annotated all the images with the issues, they wanted different photos... I gave up.
The print quality is poor. The magnetic signs don't stick in the rain. The items arrive damaged and poorly packed. They tell you things like "oh you can't see it from a distance so it's fine" - or "get some nail varnish remover to clean them" - or "damage in transit is not our problem".
They refused exchange or refund, so I will raise a chargeback with my card provider. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I paid, that's on me.
I will stick to my normal supplier helloprint who are always amazing!”
“I needed two vertical pull up and one horizontal banners. Initial quote was reversed but when that was sorted, I submitted my own artwork. and items arrived within a week - very pleased.”
“Can we have a zero star rating option especially for this company please. Ordered banner stands with free banners. Didn't need the banners as we print those ourselves & ours are good. Order turned up a day late & contained no stands ( the only things we needed ) Printed Today wanted proof that they didn't send the stands & have now closed our complaint.
Oh well, keep the money, you'll need it.
Thankfully only lost £200-£300 with our first & most definately last order.
Complaints department ( the fact they have one tells you all you need to know ) should be renamed the dodging & lies department.”
“I received delaminated and poor-quality printed magnets from Printed Today and the company refused to follow UK consumer law when I reported the issue. They insisted on a 24-hour return deadline, demanded that I pay return postage myself, and tried to offer a credit note instead of a refund. These conditions directly contradict the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including my right to reject faulty goods, the requirement for the trader to cover return costs, and the rule that unfair terms are not binding. Their internal policy attempts to override statutory rights, which is unlawful. I have now started action against the business and reported the matter to Trading Standards. Extremely disappointing experience and a clear disregard for consumer rights.”
“The team were quick, responsive, and very easy to work with. I ordered correx boards, flyers, and stickers. The correx boards and flyers were great quality and exactly what I expected.
However, the stickers were disappointing. Instead of arriving on a small, convenient sticker roll, they were printed on a very large flat sheet, which takes up a lot of storage space and makes them difficult to keep safe. They’re also fiddly to remove, as some of the cuts peel off with extra unwanted edges. While the adhesive itself is strong and works well, the print quality is noticeably blurry up close. I had specifically asked for the artwork to be checked, and although I was told the quality was good to approve, the final result doesn’t reflect that.
Because of the sticker issues, I’ve given a lower rating, even though the service and other products were very good.”

Ordered some stickers and the process of ordering was straight forward. They arrived in a cardboard box which was bent and creased.
I only got round to getting the stickers out 5 days later due to other work on. When I unrolled the sheet I tried to remove the stickers but the cut line hadn’t even gone right through the stickers. Worst of all the cut line was all over the place!
This made the stickers unusable. I then called the company a few times explaining it and they requested to see the images. A day later they emailed back saying they won’t replace or refund, didn’t apologise for the shabby finish and said that I should “use scissors or a knife and tidy the edge up”.
Oh they did say as a gesture of goodwill they’d provide discount on my next order… not happening.
They refused on the phone many times for a refund and now I will have to possibly get trading standards involved.
Just avoid this company it’s not worth the hassle and you will not get your money back.”
“I purchased a custom printed banner from Printed Today. I requested eyelets, but their staff advised me to use pole pockets instead, which made the banner unusable for its intended purpose.
I raised this issue on 3rd September 2025, within days of receiving the item, but the company failed to respond for over a month and a half. I eventually had to call them directly to obtain a reply and give them a final opportunity to resolve the matter.
They have since refused to replace or refund the goods, citing an internal “24-hour complaint policy” and claiming that custom goods are exempt both of which are incorrect under the sales of good act 1979.
They continue to rely on terms that unlawfully restrict consumer rights, and their conduct suggests a misunderstanding or disregard of their statutory obligations. I am referring this matter for Trading Standards’ review and possible enforcement action.”
“Ordered some magnetic car decals for my work car. After they arrived I placed them on flat surface for about 3 days prior to putting them on my car. They looked great. The following day it was raining. When I arrived at my destination I noticed that one side of the car vehicle the magnetic boards had come off. I drove back the same route and could not see them. The other side after I looked at them I noticed the top of the so called magnetic boards was peeling away from the car and the rain was running between the car and board.
I contacted printed today twice by email explaining this and 2 complaints forms. They told me that their refund policy was 30 days. So I pointed out only half of that time had passed. They then said there’s nothing they can do. Now they will not even reply to my calls or emails. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS USELESS SO CALLED COMPANY”
