Shocking experience first sign they sent was damaged second sign come totally different colour grey writing instead of white. Customer service constantly was copy paste answears i have send all evidence they was just ignoring it If you dont want waste your time do not use it

The overall product was great and I was… The overall product was great and I was happy with the banner created as a ONE off purchase for my boss 3 years ago!! I have then been contacted constantly by phone and email by this company they are parasites so I would never use them again. Mike Wilson and Ben Richardson and MANY others should be ashamed. i asked them in writing to remove my details and they still contact me. AVOID AVOID AVOID - WORSE THAN YOUR EX BOYFRIEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!See less

Absolutely awful. This company operates under several different names, all owned and run by the same group of people who use generic names like "Tom" or "Andrew". The company address listed on my invoice is for a dissolved company, they accepted an order for double sided leaflets knowing their printer was out of use. Received an awful quality roller banner, it was damaged and unable to be used, the company refused a refund and said they could replace it but I had to pay for the return (and the product was so awful I didn't want it). They hide behind T&C's which are in breach of consumer law, currently in the process of getting a chargeback from my bank. Go to hello print or banana print instead!

On arrival a number of the items were marked and damaged, and the print quality poor. I provided detailed images but they wanted different pictures, so I did those and annotated all the images with the issues, they wanted different photos... I gave up. The print quality is poor. The magnetic signs don't stick in the rain. The items arrive damaged and poorly packed. They tell you things like "oh you can't see it from a distance so it's fine" - or "get some nail varnish remover to clean them" - or "damage in transit is not our problem". They refused exchange or refund, so I will raise a chargeback with my card provider. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I paid, that's on me. I will stick to my normal supplier helloprint who are always amazing!

Can we have a zero star rating option especially for this company please. Ordered banner stands with free banners. Didn't need the banners as we print those ourselves & ours are good. Order turned up a day late & contained no stands ( the only things we needed ) Printed Today wanted proof that they didn't send the stands & have now closed our complaint. Oh well, keep the money, you'll need it. Thankfully only lost £200-£300 with our first & most definately last order. Complaints department ( the fact they have one tells you all you need to know ) should be renamed the dodging & lies department.

I received delaminated and poor-quality printed magnets from Printed Today and the company refused to follow UK consumer law when I reported the issue. They insisted on a 24-hour return deadline, demanded that I pay return postage myself, and tried to offer a credit note instead of a refund. These conditions directly contradict the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including my right to reject faulty goods, the requirement for the trader to cover return costs, and the rule that unfair terms are not binding. Their internal policy attempts to override statutory rights, which is unlawful. I have now started action against the business and reported the matter to Trading Standards. Extremely disappointing experience and a clear disregard for consumer rights.

Just avoid at all costs. Ordered some stickers and the process of ordering was straight forward. They arrived in a cardboard box which was bent and creased. I only got round to getting the stickers out 5 days later due to other work on. When I unrolled the sheet I tried to remove the stickers but the cut line hadn’t even gone right through the stickers. Worst of all the cut line was all over the place! This made the stickers unusable. I then called the company a few times explaining it and they requested to see the images. A day later they emailed back saying they won’t replace or refund, didn’t apologise for the shabby finish and said that I should “use scissors or a knife and tidy the edge up”. Oh they did say as a gesture of goodwill they’d provide discount on my next order… not happening. They refused on the phone many times for a refund and now I will have to possibly get trading standards involved. Just avoid this company it’s not worth the hassle and you will not get your money back.

I purchased a custom printed banner from Printed Today. I requested eyelets, but their staff advised me to use pole pockets instead, which made the banner unusable for its intended purpose. I raised this issue on 3rd September 2025, within days of receiving the item, but the company failed to respond for over a month and a half. I eventually had to call them directly to obtain a reply and give them a final opportunity to resolve the matter. They have since refused to replace or refund the goods, citing an internal “24-hour complaint policy” and claiming that custom goods are exempt both of which are incorrect under the sales of good act 1979. They continue to rely on terms that unlawfully restrict consumer rights, and their conduct suggests a misunderstanding or disregard of their statutory obligations. I am referring this matter for Trading Standards’ review and possible enforcement action.

Ordered some magnetic car decals for my work car. After they arrived I placed them on flat surface for about 3 days prior to putting them on my car. They looked great. The following day it was raining. When I arrived at my destination I noticed that one side of the car vehicle the magnetic boards had come off. I drove back the same route and could not see them. The other side after I looked at them I noticed the top of the so called magnetic boards was peeling away from the car and the rain was running between the car and board. I contacted printed today twice by email explaining this and 2 complaints forms. They told me that their refund policy was 30 days. So I pointed out only half of that time had passed. They then said there’s nothing they can do. Now they will not even reply to my calls or emails. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS USELESS SO CALLED COMPANY

We ordered from this company. The delivered products were poor quality, had sharp edges, peeling plastic covering and damaged edges. We contacted Printed Today within 24 hours of delivery and they responded saying the damage was out of their hands.

Poor printing, horrendously bad service, and poor customer data privacy / security! Why did I not check the reviews before ordering? Ordered some foamex boards on Wednesday for next day delivery on the Thursday. I was told art work was perfect and on time (I do this often). Order was printed on time, but did not leave their facility. I got a rather bad response from one of the staff, but this was escalated, without me asking, to a complaint. I dealt with a manager there and thought all was well. They re-printed it, with the promise it'd come on Saturday. We needed it for some work on the Monday. I made this clear to them. It did not turn up as promised on the Saturday. It eventually arrived too late, for the Monday. I reviewed it today, the Tuesday. I was shocked! It came pixelated (I provided vector-based art work), laminate was peeling, ink splodges, poorly cut art work. It was scratched all over. The packaging was good and intact, so it is nothing to do with the courier. The service then deteriorated badly. I suggested that they just refund what was a small amount, just £38 and we could walk our separate ways. The photos I sent, he saw and quickly admitted they were poorly printed. Rather than solving this, he pulled out the terms and conditions. He noted that it says, that you have 24 hours to report any issues and make a return, which I was unable to, as I was away all Monday (without the printed boards I needed!) They also state that you must inspect the products before accepting delivery. That is not practical and no courier would want to stand around for that. Finally, all return postage is at my expense, even where the product is not up to standard. He would not budge, so here we are. To make matters worse, it seems that when you upload your art work to the website, it sits in a public directory on their website. Yes, my art work and all their client art work is sat publicly for all to see. You can find it with a quick Google of PDFs on their website. There is no reason to use Printed Today. They provide bad products, bad service, bad security, and for average prices. Do yourself a favour and don't waste any time with this company. You will suffer. There are dozens of other options out there. Far better, same price, same speed.

I feel compelled to publicly share my experience with this company after numerous attempts to resolve a serious issue regarding my order (#9204266) were completely ignored. Since early June, I have sent multiple emails (on 1st, 9th, 23rd June, and again on 1st, 7th, and 14th July), raising concerns about discrepancies between the product I received and what was advertised. These were not minor issues—I provided clear photographic evidence and requested clarification about whether the company participates in an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. Despite this extensive correspondence, I have not received a single acknowledgment or response—not even a courtesy reply. This is deeply disappointing and falls far short of what any customer should expect in terms of basic after-sales support. The company’s lack of engagement not only reflects poor customer service but also suggests a disregard for its obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The product I received was neither as described nor of satisfactory quality. After giving the business ample time and opportunity to respond, I have issued a Final Notice, outlining my intention to escalate the matter. This includes referring the case to Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice Consumer Service, seeking resolution through an ADR provider or the Small Claims Court, and sharing this experience publicly across consumer platforms. I remain open to resolving this issue amicably, but I cannot recommend a company that refuses to engage with its customers when things go wrong. If after-sales support and product quality matter to you, I would strongly urge caution before purchasing.

One of the worst supplier experiences we’ve ever had. We ordered banners for a major music festival — a time-sensitive, high-visibility event — and what we received was completely unacceptable. • Wrong designs and incorrect quantities were delivered. • Broken roller banners arrived in the shipment. • Cheap, flimsy plastic flag bases that were nowhere near event-grade. • Delivery was late, putting our schedule at serious risk. • And to top it off, the customer service was defensive, unhelpful, and dismissive from the outset. We requested a partial refund (not even a full one), only to be repeatedly referred to terms and conditions that didn’t apply. No accountability, no genuine apology, and no understanding of the impact their mistakes had on a live event. Their “solution” was to send replacement items — after the event had already passed. Completely useless. We’ve worked with many print suppliers over the years, and this was by far the most frustrating and unprofessional experience. We won’t be using them again — and we’ll be actively advising others in the events industry to avoid them as well. Avoid at all costs if you value quality, deadlines, or basic customer service.

I had 26 boards printed all of which were of poor standard. £750 job and only offered me £100 back and £300 in credit which I refused. Why would I use them again when their work is unacceptable and with poor customer service. I'm looking in to small claims now. Steer clear.

Avoid this company at all costs. We ordered several LED frames, one of which arrived completely smashed. Upon unpacking the item a couple of days later, we reported the damage, only to be told that a replacement wouldn’t be provided because we hadn’t reported it within 24 hours. When I explained that UK consumer law allows 30 days to report faulty or damaged items, I was told that their 24-hour policy was stated in their terms and conditions (T&Cs). However, businesses cannot use their T&Cs to override statutory consumer rights. Consumer protection laws clearly state that attempts to exclude or limit legal rights through T&Cs are unfair and unenforceable, meaning customers’ statutory rights take precedence. Despite this, the company refused to honour their legal obligations and insisted on sticking to their policy. We were forced to purchase another product to complete our set, despite the clear legal violation. I have reported this issue to Trading Standards and urge others who experience similar treatment to do the same. Based on my experience and the complaints I’ve seen from others, this is clearly a disreputable business. I strongly advise avoiding them entirely.

AVOID1 AVOID! AVOID! I ordered a banner for a charity fundraiser. Instead of my banner Printed Today sent a heavy box filled with 6 metal stands - obviously the wrong order. They asked me to return it and then sent my proper order - 4 days late losing our charity important advertising time. I pointed out that the box was too heavy for me to even lift. I am a pensioner in my 70s, with arthritis. They replied that I should get someone to help me!! and that they would compensate me on my next order!!! Despite numerous phone calls (their phone appears to be out-of-order/engaged?) and emails I have since had no reply and no compensation for the inconvenience. I still have a massive heavy box blocking my doorway!!! Sadly our charity lost valuable advertising time.
