Placed order with this company for 2 x window decals and 1 x wall decal - when order arrived it was different to what I ordered. Decals were extremely poor quality, ink leaks throughout. Extremely poor communication. I sent an email with proof of ink leaks etc however nothing was acknowledged. Completed several live chats with customer service agents who kept informing me they would pass onto manager to follow up and still no correspondence was received. False advertising on their website - stickers I ordered I was told were not available hence why they sent me different to what I had ordered - not acceptable - refused to offer replacement or refund then decided to avoid all communication with ourselves. Extremely poor customer service Appalling quality products Called number on website to be continuously informed someone would call back but never do! Completely ignored communication with myself after I stated that they cannot advertise for a product they do not sell. Neither can they take money from customers then send them different to what they had ordered then fail to communicate with them. Disgusting service received and clearly false advertising just to take money from customers! Avoid at all costs!

These guys are charlatans. We ordered a 3mx2m banner, which came so badly printed it was unusable. After one email refuting my complaint despite photos attached, they never replied again. I sent about 5 emails in total. We're now on to a formal complaint via the Small Claims Court. Still no reply from them. Don't go anywhere near them.

First banner printed with marks all up one side, fuzzy print and generally unsatisfactory. Replacement was just the vinyl, we had no way of fitting it, and it was still fuzzy, and creased up the middle. Staff VERY unhelpful with correcting the issue, have stated that 'it's fine'. Wish I'd seen other reviews before using, definitely would steer clear. And was clearly not an artwork issue, as replacement from a better supplier with the same artwork was perfect (and sharp within 6 inches away, not 2 metres as Printed Today said was acceptable!) They will not resolve the matter, meaning I am out of pocket, having had to source a better replacement.

Order turned up damaged. Have e-mailed and asked for assistance but heard nothing in return. Have tried to call several times but no answer. Won't be going to again.

Poor quality printing, stands that disintegrate on unpacking. A complete lack of customer service or understanding of Trading Standards. Avoid using these Cowboys!

Delivered a faulty product, told me to try and fix it myself but the mechanism for the pop up banner was snapped in half. They promised to refund and collect but did not do either

Yet to receive order, therefore my review is based on the customer service I received. I found online help to be rude. Undermining what had otherwise been good customer service via email. The banner at the top of the website is misleading, this however is my "precious suggestion" as pointed out in the online chat

BEWARE!! Very blurred printing. Very poor quality. Happy to take your money without warning you that your artwork contains detail that could be printed all blurred. When questioning the quality of the print they just say "take a photo 2 metres away". Buried in their terms and conditions it says "printed to be seen from a distance of more than two meters" which allows them to shrug off any customer comments about the quality of the print. Before printing they see your artwork but give you no warning that the result could be blurred. Cowboys!! Total waste of time and money.

Get some customer service. Have to wait 48hrs for you to process a refund what an absolute bunch of jokers. You dont even know what you can or cannot print. Asked if you could do some stickers told yes then after payment informed by email you are unable to do that size. Amateur at best. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE On the face of it, it seemed like they were genuinely able to turn around a project in a tight timeframe, communication seemed to be good. Guaranteed express Saturday delivery, but never turned up, not much help when I contact them. Parcel failed to arrive Sunday or Monday. Have tried to communicate with 2 of the people I spoke to before, but now I have silence. Currently paid for something I have not received and no longer needed, and have no idea where it is, or if it was even printed at all. I would be wary of working with them, as it seems customer service isn't the best especially after they seem to take your money.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order but, as they were one of the top results in Google, I thought they would be trustworthy. So it took 2 weeks for the banner to arrive (instead of 1 day) and, when it did, it wasn't rolled and in a box, I was wrapped in banner material and then folded in half. The banner was very creased and had various tears. I contacted the company several times, sending photos, who said that their terms and conditions do not cover for creases and ignored my comment about the tears. I have now given up my battle for a refund but luckily I didn't spend too much with them.

Absolutely appalling company! Do not use!! Ordered an item, was supposed to arrive on the Thursday (needed it for Saturday) was told there had been a problem, they could still do it and then guaranteed it to be delivered by the Saturday if we paid extra for the delivery which we did, it is now Thursday and still no sign of it!

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! I only gave one start because I can not give less. Customer service absolutely atrocious! I paid for 24 hour service and placed order on the 1st of August, when order was not received on the 8th of August I enquired about the order. Chatted to Frank who was not able to tell me what happened to the order. Then Chris replied with some story about my package was lost (story that he could not proof when asked to supply tracking details). Finally received my banner today (12 August) and another can of worms opened. The quality of the banner is so bad (letters blurred), no hemming, it was all creased (posted in approx A4 size envelope) banner that is 80cm x 70cm. Banner is absolutely unusable and cracked in places where it creased. Truly this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with!

If I could give no stars I would! Don't think about Printed today....or tomorrow....or the next day...or even the next.... infact...the banner still hasnt turned up for the fete tomorrow. Plenty of platitudes and promises, but short on action. Don't go near this company if you want reliability.

I highly recommend you avoid this company. At first, the service was brilliant, very helpful and they sent out the banner I ordered nice and quickly. However, the print quality was extremely low, if they had quality control this would have got noticed and the banner would not have been sent out. I complained 2 days later and asked for a refund as the main event I needed it for had passed so I had no need for another banner. They refused to give me a refund as they only allow 24 hours after receiving the product for you to file a complaint. The consumer rights act, which is UK law states you have 30 days - which I kindly mentioned to them, however, they would only offer a replacement and refused to refund me for a faulty product they sent out. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and I filed a complaint and PayPal acknowledged that Printed Today was in the wrong and have given me a full refund. Avoid avoid avoid!

Ordered roller banners on Wed 5 June after an online chat, even though there was suddenly 'a problem' and they couldn't do 24hr delivery. Then heard nothing from them so contacted them on Friday to check and was told delivery would be Tuesday. When I asked if it could be earlier i was told not to worry, it could be Monday! Rang Tuesday lunchtime and they admitted the banners hadn't even been printed but offered more discounts for Friday delivery. I said no, cancelled the order and asked for a refund, which i am still waiting for over a week later. They are incompetent and make empty promises. Don't use them.

Paid for next day delivery, nothing showed up and we were left without banners for our convention. Refund took forever to process then we received the banners anyway, which were terrible quality. To top this off they'd printed two of the same design instead of the two separate designs we'd asked for. Bad customer service, slow, rude. AVOID.
