“Poor quality, no response at all to complaints
Sent vector, print ready PDF files. The returned banners looked like a screenshot that had been scaled up 100x pixelated and blurred. Also it was not sent on time with no note about hold up. Tracking was received 8 days after the poor quality banners were received.
No response from numerous complaints to the company.
Exact same file sent to another printer and returned product was perfect.

“Bad Company to get pvc banner printed. They are cow boys.
I have had a really bad experience with them. please avoid them for any type of printing work. The pvc banner i had got printed from them that will not last a month outside.

“BEWARE, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY....WEDNESDAY Ordered my banner for next day delivery, AND TOLD THEM I NEEDED IT URGENTLY FOR SATURDAY AT THE LATEST. Was told the Designer Thomas Doherty would design the banner and I would get it for Friday. Thomas sent a design through for approval, it was abysmal. I sent him a PDF of a design my husband had todo to get the information across to them. I didn't hear anything from them the next day.The design was eventually approved and I was told I needed to pay extra for next day delivery. I asked them how much, but didn't get any response. I have been messaging and emailing them for days but still haven't had a reply from them. Utterly appaling company. I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM ONE STAR. I'll give them another day, if Idon't get a response I'm going to report them to trading standards.”
“Appalling service, the customer service provided by the company's online chat gave me false information about delivery times, charged me more for next day delivery but the order was never delivered on a promised day. When I called and complained asking for a refund, they rudely told me they will not issue the refund. Never using them again!”
“As other customers have said…it’s a complete scam and am reporting them to trading standards. Ordered a banner online 6 weeks ago with 48 hour delivery. Nothing arrived, they don’t respond to emails and the live chat they just closed the call without answering my question. Can’t believe they are still trading. Please use ANY other company!! Requests for a refund go unanswered. Be warned.”
“Sadly, I didn't check out reviews before placing an order. Told the original order was "lost in transit" and another would be with me within 5 days. Three weeks since confirmation and payment, no banner, nobody answering emails, live chat frozen, phone line cuts off after 2 rings. Looks like I'm just another mug who's been robbed.”

The banner turned up with holes in due to being essentially screwed up into the packaging. Unusable.
The banner stand did not turn up at all despite paying extra for 48hr despatch on both items.
Zero effective communication either before shipping or after.
Office have essentially blocked my number, so I can't ring for a refund. Emails go unanswered, despite requesting a refund through that method aswell.
Avoid, essentially a fairly expensive scam.”
“They sent our banner out, but not the means to display it (which we had paid for and was allegedly in stock). When we called to query it they hung up. Then blocked our number. Pretty unbelievable behaviour. Avoid if possible.”

“AVOID - POOR QUALITY - ZERO REFUND
AVOID. HIGH RISK OF POOR QUALITY WITH LITTLE CHANCE OF REFUND.
I bought two pocketed banners which arrived with dreadful print quality (low resolution) despite the artwork being vector graphic. The finishing was rough, scissored edges, bubbled surface and only on pocket when two ordered.
Thomas offered replacements which were of identical poor quality. Another reprint offer came, though I was obviously sceptical and asked for a photograph of the reprint before I would accept it... no response since before Chrstmas 2021.
It has been months of constant reminders about the issue, but generally being ignored or fobbed off to the point I have taken the issue up with trading standards, as, you will see my case is similar to many people's meaning there is a bigger problem with the company being allowed to provide such a poor service.
Having decades of experience with print, and purchased other quick turnaround banners from other suppliers, it is clear that Printed Today are not working to an industry standard in any way shape or form. They will try to get you to return the item (so you no longer have the proof) and state that large format print should only be viewed from 2m away (which is nonsense, modern machines will print pin sharp unless your imagery is very low res or they print at a low setting).
Unless you want to play banner quality roulette, or are happy with fuzzy print, scuff marks and jagged edges, plus non-existent customer service then avoid this company!!!”
“Supplied a vector file (PDF) and they managed to print it in reverse then when questions - kept quoting terms and conditions (that do not exist) and could not see on any images I supplied (no matter how close up) that their print work was reading the word incorrect and they were adamant NOTHING was wrong.
STEER clear of this scam company, get you bank to charge back and quiet UK consumer Law to them all else fails small claims court I have registered a complaint with trading standards today on them”
“If I could give 0 stars I would. This company printed my banner in the wrong colour and are refusing to refund unless I pay to send the incorrect banner back at my own expense. Their customer service is terrible and they don't answer emails unless you repeatedly reach out. Avoid at all costs.”

The banner at the top of the website is misleading, this however is my "precious suggestion" as pointed out in the online chat”
