Avoid these cowboys! Had sign printed for our wedding. Arrived badly packaged and therefore damaged. Upon opening, the quality is appalling, blurry at distances greater than 2m and not even the correct colour as per their own proofs! Contacted customer services email who may as well be a bot who sends back generic replies, not even addressing any of my issues. Would not refund the amount as they deemed the quality of the print 'good' and kept referring me to their T&Cs which are shocking in the quality accepted and the return requirements. I will be issuing a chargeback via my card provider and due to hassle alongside my wedding will look into small claims court against these incompetent printers. Please ensure you read all of the other reviews for this company before daring a purchase to avoid the absolute garbage we got sent.
