One of the worst supplier experiences we’ve ever had. We ordered banners for a major music festival — a time-sensitive, high-visibility event — and what we received was completely unacceptable. • Wrong designs and incorrect quantities were delivered. • Broken roller banners arrived in the shipment. • Cheap, flimsy plastic flag bases that were nowhere near event-grade. • Delivery was late, putting our schedule at serious risk. • And to top it off, the customer service was defensive, unhelpful, and dismissive from the outset. We requested a partial refund (not even a full one), only to be repeatedly referred to terms and conditions that didn’t apply. No accountability, no genuine apology, and no understanding of the impact their mistakes had on a live event. Their “solution” was to send replacement items — after the event had already passed. Completely useless. We’ve worked with many print suppliers over the years, and this was by far the most frustrating and unprofessional experience. We won’t be using them again — and we’ll be actively advising others in the events industry to avoid them as well. Avoid at all costs if you value quality, deadlines, or basic customer service.
