Absolutely shocking. Avoid. I have complained and tried to contact this company multiple times as my printer cartridge is of very poor quality. I have received no response to emails and contacting the company via the website. This leaves me out of pocket for a poor quality cartridge and very frustrated by the terrible customer service. Would NOT use again.
