“I have ordered over 10 days ago, had to ask who is the carrier , R/mail? Evri? Who? ? No answer! Where is it? After 5 days, 1 email saying DISPATCHED, nothing else. No tracking numbers, carriers names Apologies, or any other explanation for where my small item is. Sent numorous messages asking for updates, as they obviously have the tracking number, and received NOT 1 reply. I have asked for a refund, again no reply, still no item, still no answer to any messages. It says 2-3 days delivery, although not guaranteed, I,m not abroad!! they are not abroad!! So why are people not getting the goods ? Trading standards would have a field day with this lot, taking money and delivering no goods,its THEFT. They need shutting down.”

“Have always had excellent service. On this ocassion as well as routine repeat oredr I need to order additional single coloir cartridges which I could not find on the website product list No phone number shown on website, on line chats not responded to and two emails unanswered. Eventaully tracked down third party who had contact number for Printer Ink Direct and agreed to ask the to call me. Veryn prompt phone call surprised at website shortcomings, apologised and took additiona order over the phone provided details of how to rder in future. All orders arrived next day. Just need to make sure website contacts are properly available and contact methods actuwlly work. Will continue to happily use them in future.”
