“This is a joke! I've sent several emails regarding my recent order - 10104550 which was for 4 x T0713 Magenta ink cartridges. When they didn't arrive within the 3-5 days promised I sent another email asking for update. When a package did eventually arrive (after 2 weeks) it had 4 x T0714 Yellow cartridges!! I'm still awaiting a reply to remedy this which I sent 3 days ago.”

“Ordered from printerinkdirect for a while now, prices are great and they always have good selections, good stock, and the items are exactly what is described/what you need. Delivery is quick and everything always arrives in good condition. Some products dont come in boxes, but always come in seperate bags so there isnt any risk of damage/spillage/contamination etc. Will continue to order from them in the future!”
