This is a joke! I've sent several emails regarding my recent order - 10104550 which was for 4 x T0713 Magenta ink cartridges. When they didn't arrive within the 3-5 days promised I sent another email asking for update. When a package did eventually arrive (after 2 weeks) it had 4 x T0714 Yellow cartridges!! I'm still awaiting a reply to remedy this which I sent 3 days ago.
