I have had good service previously from you but this time was poor I emailed you twice and contacted you via the website to find out where my order had got to. I received no communication from you at all and then finally about a month later my cartridges arrived. This is a shame, just a brief communication to explain the delay would have been helpful.
I now question whether to use you in the future
