On this ocassion as well as routine repeat oredr I need to order additional single coloir cartridges which I could not find on the website product list No phone number shown on website, on line chats not responded to and two emails unanswered. Eventaully tracked down third party who had contact number for Printer Ink Direct and agreed to ask the to call me. Veryn prompt phone call surprised at website shortcomings, apologised and took additiona order over the phone provided details of how to rder in future. All orders arrived next day. Just need to make sure website contacts are properly available and contact methods actuwlly work. Will continue to happily use them in future.
