I ordered printer inks, on 14th November 2021, for my Pixma Canon IP3600, and ordered 'Compatible Canon Pixma MG5350 Printer Ink Cartridge Multipack' that does not appear compatible. The message on my PC, read, the ink cartridges are not recognised, please install correctly, or, not compatible. If you could supply me with a postal address, I can send it back, and if you would exchange them, for compatible inks.
