I ordered an ink cartridge to re[lace my ML 1660 for my Samsung printer. I received an IRTS 1660 which did not fit into my printer. emailed 10 times, reported on your CHAT link, wrote to the sales link. Hoped to receive the correct ink or a refund. NO tel to call. Had urgent documents to print dor an important meeting. Have had NO response to any links. PLEASE HELP. order number 1024732
